My next event will be March 20th for the Spring Equinox Cekebration & Sound Experience!

Our minds are very powerful and what we tell ourselves has such a huge impact on the outcome of our lives.

We are our own worst critics at times and we deserve better. 

At this event, no experience is required. We will have a brief overview of the chakras and then move into a gentle guided meditation where we will go through each chakra using the power of affirmations and the mind to align and balance these 7 main energy centers. This will help to release negativities about ourselves so we can come out of it feeling lighter and have a more positive outlook on whatever situation we are in in our lives. And we will finish it with a comforting sound meditation to move along any energies that may still be stuck and need to pass through.

Energy permeates every aspect of our existence, shaping our moods and influencing the dynamics of what we draw into our lives. And in order to be in control of what we want and what we attract, we need to understand how it works within us. 

Sound vibrations have been proven to travel quickest through water and since our bodies are about 70% water, the best healing that can be done is when we are relaxing with high vibrational music. I use the crystal bowls and other instruments to create sound frequencies that will travel through your body to help remove any blockages of stuck energy that could be causing you emotional or physical discomfort.

The crystal bowls have also shown to lower blood pressure, improve sleep, reduce anxiety & stress, and bring you into an overall state of calm.

What you need to bring: Please bring with you a yoga mat, pillow and blanket, water bottle, crystals, and anything else you may need to be your most comfortable. And please come dressed comfortably for your journey.

SPACE IS LIMITED SO PLEASE BUY YOUR TICKET IN ADVANCE. Tickets may be available at the door via zelle or venmo only for $44 but it is not guaranteed. It is recomended to buy your ticket in advance.

The event will begin at 7pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. I will need to lock the door at 7pm for safety purposes. Doors will open at 6:45pm.

Parking: Street parking only, so please plan for that as well.
